Fall Schedules are a little crazy.  So, we decided to offer an alternative to our Fitness Boot Camp in order to work around busy schedules.

- 2 Workouts per Week

- 30 minute workout

- Nutritional advice

- Online support!

- Tailored to the group wants and needs.

- Up to 3 people can participate in each workout!

$45 per workout total!

If you get 3 people, that's $15 each!
