Hockey Strength Training
(Middle School and High School)
This program is geared towards hockey players but open to all athletes who are MS or HS aged. All participants will be coached upon effective and proven exercises to enhance performance for not only hockey but other sports as well. Athletes from other sports are welcome and would benefit from this!! All participants must be mature enough to follow directions and behave appropriately.
Peyton Myers will be heading up this program. Peyton is a certified NASM personal trainer. Last year, Peyton was the 2nd leading scorer in the league in Eastern Hockey Premier Junior League (EHLP) playing for the Walpole Express out of Boston. This year, Peyton was an assistant captain and a team leader for Hockey Club Rhode Island in the Eastern Hockey League (EHL). Next year, Peyton is committed to playing NCAA Division 3 Hockey for Lebanon Valley College. Peyton looks forward to sharing his knowledge and attributes a lot of his success to his training off of the ice.
