Aside from both being Physical Educators with over 20 years of experience, we have both been involved with coaching numerous sports over the years!  We realize the importance of quality practice, being prepared, and getting in repetitions!

Ice Hockey Training

Sean has coached hockey for a number of years and offers training programs for both strength and speed specifically for hockey!

 

Peyton Myers is a certified NASM personal trainer and has played junior ice hockey in Boston and Rhode Island.

Sport Skills Training

Heather, Sean, and Peyton have all worked with kids in order to further develop basic skills for sports!

If you are struggling to find the time to help get your child those extra reps for sports, contact us!

​

We have experience with hockey, soccer, tennis, gymnastics, volleyball, baseball/softball, and more!

Strength / Skills Training

This is a combination of both strength training and athletic skills training!

Workouts will include strength training, speed and agility exercises, skill training for sports!

30 minute session

$30 per workout

​

60 minute session

$60 per workout

​

Up to 4 kids per group

If 4 kids do 1 hour,

$15 per child for 60 minutes!
